Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are not subject to return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are non-refundable. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-refundable items:
- Gift cards
- Software products that can be downloaded
- Some health and personal hygiene items
To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations when only partial reimbursement is granted:
- A book with obvious traces of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons unrelated to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you’re approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or no refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time to process before posting a refund.

Products for sale
Refunds can only be refunded at standard prices. Sale items are not returned.
Exchanges
We only replace the elements if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at {altekmarketer@gmail.com}. and send the product to: {49000, Ukraine, Dnipro, Teplychna Str., 21}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the donor sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and they will know about your return.
Return Shipping
To return an item, you must send it to:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you’re returning more expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned product.
